5 minute beach vacay meditation : 
Use this meditation whenever you like. It will be especially helpful to calm and ground you. If you're into the koshas, this meditation focuses mostly on the Annamaya Kosha (physical body) with a body sensing practice, has the briefest focus on the Pranamaya Kosha (breath body), and uses a visualization to help access Manomaya Kosha (the emotional body). If you don't care about the koshas, don't worry about it. You don't need to care to get the benefits!
